When will my subscribers receive a scheduled message?

Android

Whenever the Android device is on, subscribers would receive your message on schedule.
Every message has a 24 hours time-to-live

I.e. If the Android device is powered off at your message schedule, the message will be shown whenever the device is powered on within 24 hours.

Windows/Mac

Whenever a Windows or Mac is on and Chrome browser is running, subscribers would receive your message on schedule.
Again, every message has a 24 hours time-to-live

I.e. If Chrome browser is not running at your message schedule, the message will be shown while the browser runs within 24 hours.
